Lightsense UK Case Study
Lightsense (LSUK) are one of the leading suppliers and manufacturers of bespoke LED lighting in the UK, providing energy efficient lighting solutions to a wide cross section of industry sectors.
We were approached by LSUK to initially engage in a short trial telemarketing campaign, targeting small to medium food manufacturers to secure qualified appointments for their sales team. As part of this initial trial, LSUK also engaged with two other telemarketing providers to enable the results from the three separate campaigns to be benchmarked with a view towards selecting one provider out of the three to continue delivery of future campaigns.
Utilising a tried and tested formula of regular, repeated outbound calls and targeted emails, over 600 individual companies were contacted, resulting in 11 fully qualified appointments.
As a result of the success of this initial engagement, LSUK have now agreed to engage solely with Inspired Business Development during 2016 and, in addition to the results have expressed how impressed they were with our approach, preparation and reporting process.
